that's just not me.  i don't do juggling acts.  not well anyway.
so the struggle begins at 8 o clock in the morning five times a week... today had me shifting almost insantaneously from school till 2pm, driving everywhere for work, rehearsals for a environmental short play i was hired to do for intermediate schools, and then back to work till 8:30pm.  it's killer.
all i want to do is come home and get some lovin.  and what, nothings left here but unappreciation.  can't even get the equal attention that i give on the phone.  what is this mess?  i don't know how long i'll last being "content" with everything that's going on for me right now.  i don't know how i'm going to survive anymore with this school schedule.  i'm not exhausted yet but i know i will be.
just great, insomnia till 5am.

the white rabbit

as sad as it is
i want to be forced to see you more
but it's going to be over very soon

fight it! these feelings! fuck!

i can only wonder
has god planned to end this one, too,
even before it's begun?

the hardest thing may be the right thing
in terms of my own personal sanity.
for now though, things aren't looking so bright.

should i be as afraid?
do i take the chance?
will "no" come with trust?

either way i know i'm going to do it
no looking back
no fucking regrets

three last days...
three days last!

oregon so far

so as you all know i quit my job that i've had for two years
and i'm not sure yet if it was all worth it
but here i am in oregon enjoying the subtle activities we've engaged
until tomorrow; the day we leave for our grand tour of europe

starting from a full monday morning of repacking and last minute bullshit of buying and returning things i did/didn't need, my dad dropped me off at the hawaiian airlines terminal.  i got all checked in and met up with reid at our gate.  first off i didn't realize that they sold mild seven extralights at the dfs... only by the carton but it was super cheap, like 17 bucks sean haha.  anyway i our flight went good.  hawaiian airlines has been jacking up prices on everything, like we couldn't even listen to the movie we were watching (ground hogs) with our own headphones because there is now a $5 activation fee.  not everything is complimentary and those select few were replaced with additional $5 fees which can only be made possible by way of no longer cash, but credit card only.  the good side was that there are now 3 meal choices to choose from.  bad news, they all still tasted shitty.  how do i know?  well we had a choice of sub sandwich, chicken potatoes, or pesto pasta.  reid got the sandwich, i got the pasta.  and a couple beside us gave us their chicken potatoes.  only because they went to china town and picked up their own duck which they shared with us as well.  really nice couple.  i feel bad though cause we were talking shit about them since they hadn't turned off their cell phones and were on them even during our take off and we didn't want to like.. die.  turns out they were on the phone cause a relative of theirs died or something and they were crying during post take off.  they ended up being really nice though and even gave us a bottle of their wine before we landed.

so we head to the baggage claim and almost immediately i spot mine.  after about 20 minutes, the crappiest thing happened... we were STILL waiting for reid's luggage to roll out, when the empty conveyor belt stopped and the man who worked in the area said that those were all that were on the flight.  now that's the shittiest thing that can happen to a passenger when leaving the homeland.  crashing... ehhh.  losing your luggage... FFFUCK!  turns out hawaiian airlines does that a lot and we've been waiting about two days for them to find and deliver it.  in the mean time i've let reid borrow a few clothes until it comes in.  so anyway, korie picked us up and we got to her green apartment which is an energy efficient building.  it's sun powered and conserves water as well, making her utilities a ridiculous $15 buck a month (jealous).  inside is super nice too... clean, matching wall paint and door mats, etc. anyway we got upstairs to find that teri and nicole were already there as well.  the night started off with some beer, watching the beginning of stomp the yard, making stupid sentences with fridge magnets, shoes on youtube, and then we headed to denny's, where they don't have filipino workers... rather mexicans and thais who probably spat in our food for laughing so much.  spent the rest of the late night watching the friends dvd and dosing off everywhere.

the next day we headed over to lewis & clark university for korie to pick up transcripts and give us a tour of that side of campus.  very nature-y.  there were lots of courtyards, fountains, outside stairs, and artistic metal works to chill around.  there was even a nice bridge where people can go under to smoke pot secretly.  then we got in the car and drove to some mall.  didn't buy anything, but i did get myself a smoothie at "booyah juice" and got free cigarette looking box of raisins from this guy who was dressed up as a subway sandwich.  we didn't want to eat at the food court, so korie took us to this spot called "chipotle".  the best fajita burritos i've tasted in a while and i got a free drink with my student id...

after all that, we drove up to that mansion in south portland that korie was going to house sit for.  we get there and it is HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE!!! and there is this german shepard inside there waiting to play with us.  i decided to make my rounds taking pictures before going in while the rest of the gang headed for the 20 foot high front door.  after a bit, i come back around and they are all still there because the key she was given didn't seem to open the door. we tried everything figuring there was some "trick" to handling the locks since it was a rich person door.  after giving up, we went on thinking they gave us the wrong key or they accidentally changed the locks or something.  we ended up driving all they way back to the apartment to grab her other key, and then ALL THE WAY back to the mansion to try again.  and failed.  we ended up calling a locksmith and waiting for him for about an hour (which he said would only take 20min to get there).  during that time it started to hail and we were pretty much stranded outside in the cold.  we made the best of it though, trying to catch the hail in our palms and mouths with eyes closed.  when the locksmith pulled into the drivearound, it was this young long haired italian snob.  we learned, in about half a second without verbal communication, that there was nothing wrong with the lock nor was there a door jam.  it was a pull lock in which you'd have to pull toward and push down on the knob before/during the left turn of the key.  we are idiots i know and the italian fag rubbed it in as much as he could straight faced asking for a payment and talking shit to his company on his business cell phone... whatever.

so we got in and ran around like it was a real world house, just more family oriented.  gave ourselves a grand tour while korie did those deeds she needed to do with the dog.  there are big screen in almost every room, celeb sized walk-in closets, a walk-in liquor cabinet, hot tub, stone balcony, billiard & foozeball table, choke acres of yardage, etc.  got all situated and heated up some tortilla espanola that the owners left for us and sat around or played with dex (the dog) until korie had to leave for work around 8pm and it was still light out.

korie took the mansion owner's car to work and teri, nicole, reid, and i took her car to town to check out the rose festival.  we got there and it looked super lame, so i called up my aunty gina who lives in the area so she and her boyfriend, steve, picked us up and took us around the city.  we went to this ghetto ass under lot where bums lurked and there was this big broken concrete slab.  we parked right by a bunch of bums just chillin there and when we got out, overlooked the concrete slab which turned out to be burnside skate park! steve was telling us that when he was in high school, he'd skate there and also steal packs of concrete and build more ramps and such in the park for he and his friends.  eventually more and more kids would come out and they'd build and build more shit till it got super crowded.  and tony hawk took the design of the park for the video game.  and that is sick if you ask me.

then we headed off to this karaoke bar called "alibi" which was super dark and all tiki themed.  there were a bunch of other people there approx around their early thirties which was were cause we all just made 21.  but it turned out being cool as hell.  a bunch of cool afterwork alcoholic friends were there having a great time, singing all these indie rock songs popular in the portland area circa 89-96... all of which we no where familiar to me or my friends.  steve sang "green green grass" by tom jones to lighten us up and get us comfy in the mood to karaoke.  it was cool cause steve's a rapper but he can sing fuckin good like tom or johnny.  so, i went up and sang "drive" by incubus and already the drunken 30 year olds became my fans.  all cheering like they've known me for years hahaha it was awesome.  then teri and nicole went up and sand "shake your money maker" by ludacris.  hahaha nothing better than 2 native american looking filipinos singing about giving swimming lessons on the penis!  then reid sang that "story of a girl" song so i went and sang another - "santeria" by sublime.  hahahha it was hella fun.  i swear didn't drink at all cause i didn't need to.  before heading back my aunty let us drive by her house so we could see the area and as steve puts it "it is crackin" as 2 suspicious looking cocain dealers crossed the street hahaha.  then they invited us out again to see their friends reggae/dancehall/ska band for the next night as we left to our cars.  we got back to korie's apartment to grab all our luggages and crap to bring back so we could sleep over at the mansion.

today, reid and i cooked breakfast.  made burritos and pancakes and made the ladies wash the muhfuckin dishes.  then we pretty much chilled watched "empire strikes back" on hbo and experimented with the loose pantry caffeine until fed x came and dropped off reid's luggage.  apparently it got sent on accident to phoenix, arizona... fuckin hawaiian gaylines.  being that reid had everything back again, we went out to celebrate by driving into another division of portland to check out urban outfitters.  it was pretty cool, i bought 2 shirts, a bandana, and pack of cards cause i know we'll needem for the 12 hour flight to london tomorrow.  i was tempted to buy this fish eye lomography cam.  i should've cause theyre good esp for random shots.  and it def beats being stuck with my ghetto ass casio digi snap shooter.  then we ate at this little boutique-ish restraunt called "papa haydn's" and there were a bunch of italian sandwiches we ate along with slices of very interestingly filled and textured cakes.  we also stopped by this record store to check out music but i only ended up buying some postcards for a some friends.  then, after recently learning that reid's contact solution causes blindness, we drove around to find a walgreens to buy him another one.

now were here back at the mansion and i'm on a computer that i'm probably not supposed to be using.  we're just watching animal planet while waiting for korie to get off work so we can figure what we're gonna do tonight.  i have a feeling she just wants to take us to some club but i want to go with my aunty them to check out her friends band but its all up to what we all wanna do as a group.  its crazy being out with my friends from high school like this, i mean we joke that we'll probably hate each other after living with each other for over a month which i doubt, but i'm realizing how very different we are.  it's almost impossible to conclude how we even turned out to be friends.  either way i lovem and i hope they prob wouldnt say the same about me.  haha story of my life.  okay well i gotta get off so reid can get on.  ill keep up on the updates and find some way to put up pictures, share what's goin on, so i know that there is at least some type of connection btwn the hawaii peeps and i no matter where i am.  miss you all.

late.

god keeps putting me in these amazing visual situations
and i have to wonder...
what is it that i have been doing so right in my life?
what am i doing that would make him so proud
as to give me such gifts like this?
what is so special about me that he keeps on "accidentally"
putting orgasm-worthy events in front of my eyes?

it could be temptations from the world below...
either way i am thankful
cause that was so fucking hot
and i enjoy acting like i didnt see what i saw.
ahhh jackoff
